- TICKETS
- Tickets will be mailed to members who have paid their calendar 2012 dues and all other outstanding charges to the synagogue. The entire HHD schedule is printed on the tickets. Tickets may be used at both the main sanctuary service and the family service. Please note:
- Family memberships include tickets for two adults and tickets for dependent children.
- Individual memberships include a ticket for one adult and tickets for dependent children.
- CRZ participates in a reciprocal ticket arrangement with other congregations for members in good standing. If you are traveling and would like a letter of reciprocity sent to another synagogue, please contact the synagogue office.
- Students are always welcome to complimentary tickets, available by contacting the office in advance at 773.752.2770.
- Guest tickets for the main sanctuary and/or family service are $150 for family members of congregants and $225 for your friends. If guests subsequently decide to join the Congregation, these amounts will be credited toward their 2013 dues. Please request guest tickets by August 15.
Each ticket will be marked with your name. Please have your tickets ready to show when you enter the building. Board members will greet you at the door and will also ask to see the tickets for each family member. In addition, please bring personal identification, such as a driver's license, and be prepared to show it should it be necessary to extend our security measures.
- CHILD CARE
- Child care is available for all members and guests at no charge in the Early Childhood Room (Room 103, next to the Gift Shop) on both days of Rosh HaShanah (9:30 a.m.-1:30 p.m.), Kol Nidre (5:30 p.m.-9:00 p.m.), and Yom Kippur (9:30 a.m.-2:30 p.m.). We ask you to register ahead of time so that we can prepare name tags for your children to help them feel welcome and to help us find you if necessary. Your child is always welcome, however, even if you forget to pre‑register. A challah, apple, and juice snack will be served.
- PARKING
- Valet parking will be provided without charge on the first day of Rosh HaShanah, on the evening of Kol Nidrei, and on the day of Yom Kippur. Please enter the parking lot from Hyde Park Boulevard — and please remember to give your car keys to the valet! There is no charge for parking, and the synagogue has arranged for gratuities.
- ABOUT ELECTRONICS
- Out of respect for the sanctity of the holidays and the prayers of others, please do not use cellular telephones or other electronic devices in the building. If you are a doctor on call, please set your phone to silent/vibrate mode and use the office telephone.
