- TICKETS
- Tickets have been mailedto members who have paid their calendar 2010 dues and all other outstanding charges to the synagogue. They're larger than in the past and have the entire HHD schedule on the back. Tickets may be used at both the main sanctuary service and the family service. Please note:
- Family membership entitles you to two tickets for adults and tickets for your dependent children.
- Individual membership entitles you to a ticket for one adult and tickets for your dependent children.
- The Congregation provides free high holiday tickets for students. Contact the office in advance at 773.752.2770 to arrange for a complimentary student ticket.
- Guest tickets for the main sanctuary and/or family service are $150 for family members of congregants and $225 for your friends. If they subsequently decide to join the Congregation, these amounts will be credited toward their 2011 dues. Please request guest tickets immediately; payment in full is required by August 25.
Each ticket will be marked with your name. Please have your tickets ready to show when you enter the building. Board members will greet you at the door and will also ask to see the tickets for each family member. In addition, please bring personal identification, such as a driver's license, and be prepared to show it should circumstances require security measures that extend beyond the personalized tickets.
- CHILDCARE
- Childcare is availablefor all members and guests at no charge. for the first and second days of Rosh HaShanah (9:30 a.m.-1:30 p.m.), Kol Nidre (6:00 p.m.-9:00 p.m.), and Yom Kippur (9:30 a.m.-2:30 p.m.) in the first floor rooms next to the gift shop. You must check in with staff when dropping off your children. We ask you to register ahead of time so that we can prepare name tags for your children to help them feel welcome and to help us find you if necessary. Your child is welcome, however, even if you forget to pre-register. A challah, apple and juice snack will be served.
- VALET PARKING
- Valet parking will be provided on the first day of Rosh HaShanah, Kol Nidrei, and Yom Kippur. Please enter the parking lot from Hyde Park Boulevard rather than Cornell Avenue. There is no charge for parking, and the synagogue has arranged for gratuities as well.
