Congregation Rodfei Zedek is partnering with Night Ministry to help fulfill the Jewish obligation to share food with our less fortunate neighbors. Volunteers at this event will assemble brown bag meals to be distributed to clients at the Night Ministry Bus’s South Shore stop. The sack meals will be assembled in the atrium. Please note that, at the request of the Night Ministry, the sandwiches will consist of either turkey and cheese or peanut butter and jelly. This means that some of the items we are providing are strictly forbidden in terms of kashrut. It also means that volunteers will be handling potential allergens.
