Rabbi David Minkus On Shabbat Ki Teitzei, 11 Elul 5774 / 5-6 September 2014, we installed Rabbi David Minkus and welcomed Rabbi David and Ilyssa Minkus. We celebrated together at Kabbalat Shabbat services and a dinner on Friday evening and then at Shabbat services and a kiddush lunch on Saturday.
