In addition to our Masorti Minyan Unplugged, we offer family-friendly activities and services including our musical Na’aseh V’Nishma service, babysitting, and story-telling. Join the JUF TOV Volunteer Network for Nourish Our Neighborhoods, a community-wide collection drive on Sunday, December 5, 2021. Sign up to donate new items for a winter gear kit supporting those in need. We will be one of nine contactless drop off locations across Chicagoland. Simply register online, purchase the items for your kit, and then come by any time between 2:30-3:30pm on Dec 5 and there will be TOV volunteers ready to unload the kits from your car. Our drop off location will be collecting for the St. Paul & The Redeemer Church Food Pantry. One kit includes: 1 pair of tube socks, 1 pair of gloves, and 1 skull cap hat (adult sizes). Close out Chanukah in community! Celebrate the eighth night of Chanukah with cookie decoration, art, dreidel play, and community candle lighting and singing for the whole family. The Jewish Enrichment Center and Congregation Rodfei Zedek are excited to co-host this program together! The Jewish Enrichment Center will lead the activities for children, and the candle lighting and singing will be led by Cantor Rachel Rosenberg. Please bring your own chanukiyyah (Chanukah menorah) for the community candle lighting. We look forward to celebrating with your family! -
